ABOUT ME

I have been practicing law since 1989 and I have  found that  clients truly appreciate the time and effort  put into every aspect of their case.   I graduated from Washington University School of Law and have been admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, Missouri (inactive) and Illinois (retired).

While in St. Louis I worked with Morris Taylor P.C. a family law and personal injury law firm where I investigated and managed cases in personal injury, business and family law.  I was corporate counsel for the February 29th corporation for 12 years where I negotiated and drafted contracts regarding business acquisitions.  I handled the legal affairs of affiliated companies, including vendor/customer issues contract negotiations and drafting, state and local regulatory matters and workman's compensation issues.

Daryl Dykeman, Esq.

Specializing in DUI, Family Law, Estate Planning and General Business Law

Upon arriving in Tampa I worked with the Law Firm of Chris E. Ragano , where I investigated and managed cases in family law, including dissolution of marriage, domestic violence, supplemental petitions to modify and child support/time sharing issued.  While an attorney at the Public Defenders Office I handled cases from inception through trial, including the investigation and pursuit of defenses on behalf of my client.  This included the preparation and argument of motions before the court and preparation and defense of clients at trial.  I negotiated reduction in charges from DUI to Careless Driving and argued motions challenging law enforcement's actions, resulting in the dismissal of charges.   I am currently affiliated with the Stayton Law Group where, in addition to my practice, I assist in the preparation of cases in business and construction law.
